The heating system isn’t always reliable, with some rooms having issues with the heater being off after a long day of travel, while others face noise from the parking lot. cleanliness is a noticeable concern, with dirty windows and broken tiles in the bathrooms. Some guests were frustrated with inconsistent Wi-Fi and missing basic amenities like towels or bedside tables—definitely not the best arrangement for comfort.
